Briefing Meeting

  • The first step is to contact us to discuss your project, proposed budget and what your ideal time frames are.
     

  • It is so important to be on the same page from the start.
     

  • We make a time to suit you to get together and discuss your goals and expectations.

Plans and Pricing

  • If you already have detailed house plans that have been through or are currently with the council, we are able to use these to provide you a detailed project cost proposal.

 

  • We arrange suppliers and sub-contractors to price for their specialised work. This will be completed with standard options for finishing’s or as discussed at the briefing meeting. 
     

  • This process can take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your project- giving you a transparent budget for works included.

 

  • A contingency plan is so important for any unforeseen things that may come up… We make an allocation for this on the price we give you of 15-20%.
     

  • If you don’t have any plans completed, we can put you in touch with talented architects we work alongside. They will be able to create design concepts for you to review based off your ideas and vision.

Acceptance

  • Once you are happy with the solution provided in our final costing, we will take care of the paperwork- providing a comprehensive contract.
     

  • After these are signed we will invoice you for the deposit. 
     

  • Behind the scenes, our office team will be arranging all the fabricated products and materials required to ensure everything is moving forward on target.

The Build

  • Once the deposit is received, we will make arrangements with you to introduce you to our building team and let you know who your point of contact is during the project.

 

  • We prepare the detailed project schedule for you to have access too before the work commences.
     

  • Once we have a delivery schedule from the suppliers we will then confirm a start date and issue the payment claim schedule ready for signing.
     

  • Once signed and the start date arrives the builders and any sub-contractors arrive and get your project underway.
     

  • We will arrange weekly site meetings with you and keep you fully informed on how things are progressing.

Completion & Maintenance

  • Once the project is completed and the final council inspections have taken place and the building approved, you will be invited to attend a final walk through with your Building Foreman.
     

  • This enables you to discuss any items which need to be addressed before you move in and ensure you are fully satisfied with the results.
     

  • We use an experienced external company who will guide you through the code of compliance process once the final inspection has taken place.
     

  • We will provide you with all guarantees and certifications for your project and continue our commitment to you and your project, with our 12 month maintenance period.
